Spray-out and undercoat before fit-out, final coats after it. Worked in around the builder.
A new house gets painted twice over. The spray-out happens while the walls and ceilings are bare, then the finish coats go on once the kitchen, doors and trims are in. Kyle works both stages around the builder so the house is ready when the handover date comes.
With nothing in the way, the whole house is sprayed out: walls and ceilings undercoated, and ceilings taken through to their top coats. It is the fastest point in the build to get an even, full-coverage base.
Once cabinets, doors and trims are installed, the walls get their finish coats and the woodwork is done. Knocks and marks from the other trades are patched and touched up at the same time.
Recent jobs include a new build finished in Haymes Casper White Quarter throughout, and a spray-out, garage and cladding job on another new build.
